Payment and Insurance
Insurance
We accept the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Partners, and Midland’s Choice. Every insurance plan is different and it is recommended that you reach out to your insurance company prior to your first appointment to confirm:
• That you have mental health benefits in your plan.
• That Matthew Reinert is in-network for your plan.
• Whether or not you have a deductible and if that deductible has been met.
• Whether or not you have a copayment or coinsurance.
Out-of-Pocket Fees
You may also choose to pay out-of-pocket. We charge $190 for the initial appointment and $165 for subsequent 50 minute sessions.
Payment
We require that you keep a credit card on file. Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles will be charged on the Wednesday after your therapy session is processed by insurance (usually 3 weeks after the appointment) unless you specifically request otherwise. Out-of-pocket fees will be charged on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your session you may be charged at a graduated rate ($50/$75/$100/Full Fee per missed session). You will be held responsible for these fees as they can not be billed to insurance.
Good Faith Estimate
